For my particular issue both gentlemen were very knowledgeable in how to approach the issue and also how to best resolve it. They performed their job very carefully and made sure all is well. The plumber, Charlie from Power Pro, who did the kitchen sink faucet installation and the replacement of the toilet bowl today 03/05/2026 did a splendid job.
