I scheduled a repair on 12/2 for my leaking washer. I wasn’t home during the visit, but the tech told me over the phone that the issue was a clogged hose and advised using less detergent. The washer worked once, then leaked again when I washed 1 blanket and 2 sheets (1 twin size the other queen). Trying to reschedule through the AI system was a nightmare, and the tech scheduled for 12/5 kept pushing my time back and then canceled because he claimed I had to pay another $129 fee — even though I had already paid it. We had a service tech come out today and I need to report his behavior. He did not want to answer any questions or concerns. He said he didn’t know anything about the refrigerator even after I populated the make and model on the service website. His tone was condescending. He wanted us to sign the service decline on his device and rushed us when we attempted to review the charges since we noticed there was a filter selected. He almost yanked the device out of my boss’s hand and told her what was she trying to do? To just sign what he was asking us to sign. When I asked him if we could change the filter on the refrigerator, he looked at me and asked “do you even have a filter?” I said no but we were interested in having it replaced and what the cost would be.
