I contacted Power Roofing & Waterproofing NYC after noticing moisture marks near the upper corner of my ceiling. Tony inspected the roof and identified a weak sealed area that needed waterproofing. They repaired the section and applied proper sealing. Everything looks well protected now.
After several rainy weeks, I noticed damp spots forming along the wall where the roof meets the exterior brick. I contacted Power Roofing & Waterproofing NYC for an inspection. Their team discovered weak sealing along the roof edge and poor waterproofing in that section. They repaired the roof area and applied a proper waterproof coating to protect the surface. The work was organized and thorough, and since then the area has stayed completely dry.
