If you had a home built using this company then you need to get their work checked by a qualified electrician. They are incredibly rude (Tom and his lackeys) to anyone who challenges them and do NOT stand by their work. Check the cabinet under your sink, if this was the electrician your builder used, you may be in danger too. They do not respect their customers once they get paid and they do not have pride of workmanship. Disgraceful business practices. Update: I am pleasantly surprised to report they did the right thing and sent a senior tech out to evaluate and assess. He was very helpful, informative, and pleasant to interact with. The process of getting my father in law power over to his shop was such a daunting task; but after having Jeremy out to look everything over the process was seamless and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about the folks at Powerhouse! We recently lost power to both our rainwater harvesting and well water systems due to a contractor severing our 220V/90A power cable, and Powerhousecame to the rescue! They had us back up and running in less than 2 days from the time I first called - routed over 300’ of new power cable in cold weather - and we are so grateful.. they made our emergency their emergency, and they kept us informed throughout. We’ve also used Powerhouse for smaller jobs like ceiling fan installation, connecting to different subpanels, etc.. I highly recomment them for all of your electrical needs - big or small. Prmpt, courteous, professional - from customer service to estimating to the installers. Fair and transparent pricing. Call them!
