PPA Autopark at Jefferson

It's a clean garage and I found another person that parked there had no problem giving me a hand with how to use the machine to pay. The second time an employee was helpful. My only issue is that I was there for just under 2 hours and it cost 21.00. On top of a $33.00 doctor copay. I like Jeff Doctors but this one didn't validate parking. It's just a very stressful time for money for a lot of people. I would go there again cause it's close enough to my location. I can't walk far. I felt my truck was safe enough.

Horrible place.. overpriced . And the lady who was working tonight seemed like she was just trying to start a confrontation.. over 2 simply asked questions.. i didnt raise my voice once.. and from first word she said it was being said ignorantly with a very raised and confronting type voice.. lot is dirty.. veryyy small and hard to maneuver.. the smallest/hardest to manuvuer that ive every seen . All this after coming from my first chemo treatment and already having a veryy hard and stressful few months.. and i still remained calm and just went to car and left.. unacceptable treatment.. and being treated so with no initiation on my end.. if i could give it NO STARS.. I would.. smfh

A lot of parking, not very clean and the exit and entry for walking isn’t clearly defined. I was able to park my car myself and pay at entrance. May consider another cleanlier garage but good for a last minute place.

The night attendant does not know how to help his customers. Just tells them to come back Monday to talk to a supervisor. Useless.

Name is misleading. This is not the Jefferson hospital parking. I asked the employee there if this is the hospital parking. He lied and said yes.
