Called Practical Plumbing based on a referral for home plumbing. Roger showed up on time. He is professional, friendly, and neat. I thought I had a leak in the under sink grey water pump. I was asking for a complete replacement. Roger tightened several loose connections and recommended for me to keep the original pump. His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars. He also fixed a leak in my basement ceiling where I had done a DIY repair. He made it much more professional so I can have the confidence to do the Sheetrock ceiling repair. He inspected a few other areas where I was concerned but told me those were Ok. Pricing was super reasonable. These folks are the “real deal”

Very uneventful in a very good way. There were no surprises or unknowns. The company communicated very well, I knew what to expect and when to expect them. Reece showed up on time and checked over the job. He gave us a quote right away which was very fair. We agreed, he did the work, and certainly made our kitchen area much better than when he started. He even did a few other small fixes to make things work smooth all around. He was quick and very clean as well as friendly while he was working. I would easily recommend Practical Plumbing.
