We are extremely happy with the upgrades Prainito Contracting completed in our home. David and Erika made the process as smooth as possible. Damien's work on both the plumbing and electrical was top-notch. Thanks to Russian and Igor, our new bathroom is flawless. Every aspect demonstrates their integrity, problem-solving abilities, and superior craftsmanship. Guillermo also built a functional laundry closet that made the most of our limited space. Other projects included tiling the fireplace and chandelier installation. Overall, a great choice for quality work. Highly recommend them for complex, multi-stage home projects!

David and his team are consummate professionals and treat your space as if it were their own. David took the time to really understand my goals for my home and walk through the space, offering guidance on options. His approach was thoughtful and thorough, and he was able to schedule the work quickly and the turnaround time was amazing. Johnny did an amazing job installing my new floors, paying extra attention to the trim and transitions. Edison and his painting team were fantastic and kind, making sure they understood the color plan, and made the walls look brand new with patching and replacing old/damaged pieces. David and his team were wonderful. We were in a tight turnaround timing with the addition of our 3 month old and some ceiling work that needed to be done quickly in order for it to be safe in our home - he was kind, efficient, prioritized our timing and ensured the work completed was done very well. David was quick to help us assess and diagnose our issue, as well as counseled / brought in other contractors to handle additional pieces of work that did not fall on his team. From beginning to end, David and his team were excellent - in all, we had our ceiling opened up, aired out, repaired with drywall, several other walls were also patched and drywalled, and they painted our entire main floor. I had the pleasure of working with David and the team at Prainito Contracting to remodel the bathroom in an 80 year old condo building, and they did a fantastic job. Renovating an older building is always complicated, but they handled the challenges with ease. They converted an old tub into a modern walk-in shower, installed all new plumbing, a new sink, toilet, and beautiful wall and floor tile. What I appreciated most was their professionalism and experience regarding building regulations. They used all licensed and insured subcontractors, ensuring everything adhered strictly to my HOA’s rules. The Prainito team did a superb job and provided expert service on a drywall patch and paint project from leaky roof; all at a reasonable price! David and team worked with our busy schedule to review the project and scope, followed by a prompt and accurate quote, and were able to start days later.
