We had an outstanding experience with Pramnos Masonry. We needed our backyard leveled and stones laid down and a solution to an area of our backyard. That was a little tricky and he was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Joseph was able to build a beautiful brick wall and used rescued materials which we preferred. We live on the upper west side and we felt so lucky to work with them because you never know what you’re going get with any contractor and the level of skill is unmatched. We now have a backyard with surgical precision and care and highly recommend them!

We had an incredible experience using Pramnos LIC contractor. Joseph was our contractor and his worker was Thomas. They came on a timely fashion and showed their hard working professionalism. We had concrete work done which consisted of demolishing the floor of the porch to relevel, brick removal, replacement and pointing the stairway. Finally sealing the front of the house. The cleanup was excellent. We are pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend Pramnos Masonry to anyone. We give them 5 stars

I needed three thru-wall AC units removed from our home in Forest Hills. The job required removal of three large units, followed by both exterior and interior wall repair. Our house was built in 1930; matching the brick and mortar was a challenge. Joseph Spanos was referred to me by a neighbor. I am so glad we chose Joe. He really took the time to assess how best to approach the job and it showed in the results. The precision and care with which he executed the work was apparent throughout. Rather than three glaringly obvious repaired holes in our house, the work came out as close to original construction as anyone could have achieved. Expert work. I have already recommended Joe to others who have asked me if I know of a good mason.

Joseph is an easy going guy to work with. I had him come by my place to give me a quote on a repair of my stairs and stoops that were damaged. His price was fair. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and I felt very happy with what he did. I would definitely hire him again for other work and I also recommend him to others.
