Mike Huff and Fred are THE BEST. I opened a Rita’s franchise and knew absolutely nothing about my plans. I couldn’t even understand them. He sat down with me walked me through and explained what each page was. This was even before I decided to use him. He saved me THOUSANDS. My architect had drywall in areas unneeded and had me redoing the bathroom. Mike re submitted my permit to keep bathroom existing. Anytime there was a issue I could call or text him. After my project was done I had a issue with a sink. That next morning at 8am he had someone there fixing it. Mike is a rare contractor who actually stands behind his work. I am forever grateful!
