This company is amazing. It has a level of customer service that is sadly uncommon in today's world. I contacted them to purchase some hurricane pads for split heat pumps. I spoke with Rob in sales, explained my needs. He is an expert in this and also guided me on how to set this up to execute quickly and pick up on site so I don't have expensive shipping for heavy concrete as I am only 45 minutes from them fortunately. Rob guided what was needed to their admin customer service who literally sent me what was needed to prepay via Zelle-which made it HUGELY convenient and fast.
