St. Louis Air Conditioning

This company couldn't diagnose the issue with my AC system and convinced me it needed a new lineset due to a refrigerant leak. I paid them $3,500 for the lineset installation. Two weeks later, the system stopped working again. Suspicious, I called two independent HVAC companies, both of which confirmed there is still a leak in the system. When I contacted the lineset installer, they shifted the blame to the expansion foam that is triggering the detector rather than the refrigerant lines—the very reason I agreed to the new lineset in the first place. I gave them three more opportunities to come out and fix it properly, but they were unable to identify or resolve the problem. At this point, I've decided to cut my losses with this company and move on. Jay if you want to make this right please

I do not recommend St. Louis Air Conditioning. They are dishonest, lie, and do terrible work with poor installations. Do your research and choose another company. The technicians and staff are rude, impatient, and never identify the actual problems. Your units may seem fine to them, but you’ll be treated like you’re crazy for being the only one who notices the issues. They are lazy and totally unprofessional.

St. Louis Heating and Air are the best I was without AC I have an older unit and did not have the money to replace. Tony came out and fixed it was up and running in no time so grateful for this Stand Out Company Honest, Reliable. And Caring a Rare combination these days. Thank you so very much will be calling you again and will use your company when the time comes to replace hopefully not soon though even though I love you guys.

Do not use this company! They sell faulty ac units and want to over charge you to come fix it. Bought a new unit 2 years ago, have had nothing but issues with it. First thing was a bad condenser, charge to fix it. Every 3 to 6 months stops cooling. We call they come out "nothing is wrong, we've added refrigerant" another charge. Even their technicians think it's a lemon and have told the owners/ management. NOTHING! Now they found a leak in a coil.. and want to charge 1500 to fix, but it's under warranty. Horrible place, find another company to use.
