Luis is FIVE STARS! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He diagnosed and fixed the heater efficiently and explained everything clearly along the way. The whole experience was seamless. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

I had a really good experience with Precise Air. Precise Air was the fourth and final bid that I had on HVAC mini split system for my house. Josh Torrez came out for a consultation and was, by far, the most thorough in terms of explanation and examining the house for the proper system. There was no BS and no pressure at all for a sale. He just gave me all of the information I needed and was very helpful in the follow up process and coordinating the installation. I highly recommend Precise Air for anyone looking to get a new HVAC system in their house. Their prices fall right in the middle for top of the line products. Mine was a Mitsubishi system, by the way.
