I was very impressed with this company’s prompt response to my inquiry. They were able to find me a replacement door quickly and setup installation the next week. The technician who worked on installing my door was quick to let me know when he would arrive and promptly walked me through the process. There was unfortunately a piece of outside door trim that was damaged before installation. The technician let me know he would install this temporarily and that his General Manager would come and replace this piece. The General Manager was a great communicator and wanted to make sure he was OK to come and install the new piece even though it was outside the garage. Great experience! Our door broke on Sunday, I called Monday morning and spoke with Scott. Mike arrived on Tuesday! Mike completed the repair, replaced a key pad, tuned up and aligned everything. Mike was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. Their communication system was great. Repair bill was more than fair, paying the invoice was easy. Highly recommend Precise Door!

Lathan is an outstanding, knowledgeable technician, and repaired our garage door problem, in an expeditious manner! Since it was not office hours, when he came and helped, and he was about to leave for a vacation, I appreciated his extra effort to help me!
