We are repeat customers of Pristine Floor Care. We love the ease of scheduling and the attention to detail that the technician provides. We have never been disappointed with the results. We have four pets and there is no trace of pet odor in the carpeting when finished. He is also great at removing pet stains. In short, we have been very pleased and would never consider changing providers for this service.
James arrived on time and got right to work cleaning my rug and sofa. They hadn’t been cleaned in six years! They now look brand new. Very pleased with his work.
He made suggestions to do a different type of cleaning since was not really dirty so i appreciated that and good price range for me. Good company to use for my carpet cleaning i would say !
James, and Pristine Floor Care did an excellent job (for the second time!) with my carpeting. I will definitely use their services again. He is prompt, courteous, and thorough.
The carpet was stained from puppy urine. It is now back to the original color. I am very happy with it and thankful.
