John made the home inspection process easy. He walked us through every item that he found, both good and bad, and was more than willing to offer his advice on severity and potential fixes along the way. His thoroughness was very much appreciated and we left feeling very confident in the result of the inspection and in the house we were buying. We worked with John from Precise Home Inspection and he was great. We aren't selling our house currently, we own an older home and I knew a lot of things needed to be fixed but had no idea where to start or what really needed to be done. John did a thorough inspection, prioritized the main issues, addressed any safety concerns and areas where gutters could easily be adjusted to prevent water from damaging the house. We now have a better timeline for what to fix and when. I feel much better having a maintenance plan for our home that is based on a thorough real estate inspection. John also recommended a great carpenter, which was extremely helpful!

He was very thorough at the inspection, took his time reviewing every detail with us and explaining things.
