We have consistently had the best experience with SWIMM Pools. There are a lot of mediocre to poorly ran pool companies in Greenwich; SWIMM Pools very much stands out with their extraordinary customer service and work. We’ve had something happen to our pool the day before our daughter’s birthday party and with just one quick email, SWIMM came out the same day (on a weekend) and fixed the issue so that my daughter could have her pool party. SWIMM actually cares and takes care of their customers, we couldn’t recommend them more!

I have had very good luck with Swimm Pools. The front office is easy to deal with. They are very timely with any type of pool issues and the service people of careful and respectful with the safety of my dogs. It was another great season.

We use Swimm Pools, Inc to service our pool and highly recommend them! They do a great job with weekly cleaning, are quick to complete repairs when necessary, and are always on time and efficient with opening or closing the pool. Melissa and Nikki in the office are great and super helpful too!

Our pool has been serviced by Swimm Pools for over 20 years..including opening our pool, weekly maintenance and closing. The staff is always responsive to our requests, questions or maintenance issues. The weekly pool attendants are always on schedule, professional and polite and do a great job keeping our pool safe and clean. I would highly recommend Swimm Pools to any pool owner.

Great service from Swimm Pools and I love the flat rate price as an option. They have come out on weekends when I have an urgent request.
