Carlito was great to work with to clean our older wool rug, even doing it by hand to avoid damaging a section that is in disrepair further. Pickup and dropoff was great! The value of the service was great, and I'm impressed how much brighter and softer it is now. He was quick to coordinate with and would definately come back.

Carlito rescheduled our first appointment to today. Today he decided to not show up, no text, no phone call - even though I reconfirmed the appt with him late yesterday. AVOID!

I had the best experience! I found this company and needed carpet cleaning in a pinch. They showed up perfectly on time, stuck to an accurate quote and were not trying to upsell us. I did add on a few additional spaces and a couch and those were so reasonably priced. The team was polite and professional. This is the only company I will ever use again! I rate them a 10.
