Jay, was not only quick to respond to my messages late at night but came early the following day for an estimate on a mothers day. When he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and prepared to do the service with a coworker. Being on a budget, the service was fast and pricing was very affordable. Jay was so kind and professional, even stayed longer to make sure toilets were working properly before he left. If I could give more stars I would, defiantly found the right person, and keeping him for all other future projects and or emergencies.

I was told by another plumber that I had a broken sewer pipe under the slab of my house. They quoted me $11,000. I called Precise Plumbing and spoke with Jay. He convinced me that he is an experienced plumber and suggested that sometimes others " Plumbers" don't get things right. He arrived and ran the camera out 100' and found nothing. He checked the lateral from the toilet to the main line where the problem allegedly existed... and he said the pipe was intact and didn't need replacing. He cleaned out the line ... and replaced the toilet. It's been 3 weeks since we had a problem and haven't had even a hint of a problem since. The money we paid Jay has saved us over $10.000. I have to give Jay and Precise Plumbing the HIGHEST RATING POSSIBLE !!! Thanks Jay Adrian

I had another plumber come in and do a repair just 4 months ago. It’s already leaking. I called Nick and he came over within 24 hours and repaired it for one third the price I paid before. He truly cares about his work and is concerned about doing a great job.

My sewage backed up..OH MY!! I went on Angie"s list prayed, and called Precise Plumbing I spoke to Jay. Immediately I felt confronted that I dialed the right number. The next day the job was completed. I recommend Precise to anyone with plumbing problems.
