Great service provided by everyone at Precision. Peter and his team were great to deal with and very clean. Job was done within a day with no issues whatsoever. Looking for a new HVAC system isn’t always the best time as a home owner. With that said, everyone at Precision made the whole experience as smooth as anybody could hope for.

We had a great experience. Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony was able to quickly diagnose our issues and make the necessary repairs. We signed up for annual maintenance with Precision air moving forward. We look forward to seeing Anthony in the spring and fall. 10/10 I would recommend anyone to use Precision air!

I can’t say enough good things about John at Precision Air Heating and Cooling. We woke up to a cold house and realized our heat wasn’t working. I called first thing in the morning, and he was able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. John quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell us, which we really appreciated. He took the time to answer our questions and even gave us helpful information about our air conditioner and the upstairs fireplace. John is professional, personable, and clearly very experienced at what he does. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. It is easy to give Five stars when everything is working perfectly, however sometimes components fail and the true measure of any business is when things go wrong. I cannot recommend Precision enough! Our new furnace went out on Christmas Eve, and they truly went above and beyond to help us. Despite the holiday, they sent two technicians out immediately who worked tirelessly to ensure our heat was back on so our family could enjoy Christmas. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness during a stressful time were incredible. Precision truly cared about us! Thanks for saving our Christmas!

We got a new hvac and cooling system from Precision Air this past summer. From our first meet with them for our consultation, to installation and then even with a small glitch after install, every team member was professional, friendly, always responsive in a timely manner. You can tell Precision Air prides themselves as a company with excellent customer service because they truly care and it’s evident in every interaction you have with them. We’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system or help/ maintenance with their current one. They are awesome!
