My assigned technician, Chis H., was exceptional! He was on time because je was a few minutes early, which I appreciate. He has the "heart of a teacher, " which means he didn't talk over my head, and I understood and was able to articulate my questions. Lastly, he is a great listener because he is an ACTIVE listener- with his ears and eyes. I will ALWAYS request him for any needed services. Job well done Vhris H.

Brennan came by and looked at my heat pump and gave me a quick basic estimate for replacement. He was professional and courteous. Unfortunately the company didn’t carry ICP equipment which is what I wanted to replace it with.

Precision air sent Matthew Ford out to diagnose my unit freezing up. He was pleasant, professional, and thorough with his explanation. I will be using this company going forward for a bi-annual maintenance program solely due to my experience with Matthew. I appreciate the professionalism and I will be recommending this precision air.

Chris came out to our location. Identifying the issue quickly. Didn’t try to sell us on anything not necessary. Matthew Ford was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. In a matter of minutes, he was able to determine the most likely area, the inducer. Upon further investigation after removing the inducer housing, somehow a finch had gotten stuck in there and was blocking the air flow. I don't believe I would have been able to find that solution on a YouTube video.😁 I would like to thank Matthew for allowing me to watch while he patiently explained how the system worked as he went through his diagnostics. Excellent overall experience.
