I technician from this company came to my house on Singer Island on November 21. After an hour or 2 he informed me I needed to replace my system. He wrote no charge on the work ticket and came back and replaced my heat exchange unit. The work was done professionally and I paid by check for $5995. This was on November 23. The check was cashed the first week of December. I was then sent a certified letter that a lien was placed on my property. This was dated December 8. I was also sent a bill for over $1000 for the initial evaluation. I was not contacted at any time prior to this I owed any additional money.I find it reprehensible that this was what they felt was appropriate. I called on December 14 and they did not understand why the lien was placed. I find the business practices of this co
