The guys arrived just ahead of their scheduled time and got right down to business, did an amazing job on some pretty tough areas and even left their air handlers (and some clean booties) with us overnight to make sure it was all dry. Final bill actually ran a bit lower than their estimate - how often does THAT happen? Highly recommended!

The personal service I received from Doug in scheduling an appointment to meet my needs, and he visited my home to fully understand the project; then the actual work/cleaning done today by Scott and Josh - all was absolutely outstanding! I appreciate Scott and Josh going over their strategy for tackling very difficult stains (which they eliminated!) We've had Doug and his crew come out three times to work for us, and each time we couldn't be happier. The first run was in November to clean the living/family room carpet which was a terrible dirty mess and the master bedroom carpet plus bathroom hardwood floors. Scott came out with the crew and they did a miraculous job, making the ~15 year old cut berber carpet look brand new despite the 8 years of indoor shoe-wearing leaving visible dirt trails! The hardwood bathroom floors turned out wonderfully shiny and the master carpet had its old funky smell removed. I have been using Precision carpet cleaning for over 34 years, and have appreciated the care that Scott takes when cleaning our carpets. The original owner, David Yoder, recently died, but handed off his business a while ago to his son-in-law, Scott, who has done a great job of continuing the family business and providing excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision carpet cleaning for any of their services. They are flexible, provide great value for the cost, and are good people.
