Great experience! The sales team was responsive to the outreach for a sales estimate. The work was scheduled within a couple of days. The install team did a great job. They double checked my opinion during the installation and came up with a solution related to my concern about my pets’ safety. They did a great job cleaning up. I really like the follow up visit that is part of their service. Will work with them again and recommend to others.

Precision recently replaced my furnace, AC, and water heater. The initial visit to get the quote was great. The owner came out, and spent a good amount of time not just explaining our options, but also making sure we were comfortable with the work he does. Even though they were not the cheapest option, we still felt like they would take the best care of us and provide the best service. Precision’s Visit to my home today was part of their maintenance program. They were professional and courteous like always. On today’s visit they were even able to quickly identify the reason our whole house humidifier doesn’t operate correctly. The technician explained in good detail how the original HVAC company that installed. It did not do so correctly. I continue to highly recommend This company.

Tyler & Neil were a huge help installing a faulty heat exchanger. After some research I found out I was getting severely overcharged by another company as well as attempted upsells that were not necessary.
