Spotless Carpet & Furniture

Bob did an awesome job on our carpets and upholstery. He under promised and over delivered for sure. As other reviewers have commented he called back promptly and communicated professionally during the whole process. Stains on our stairs that had been there for years were removed. He used a carpet stretcher to repair our dining room carpet that had a large wrinkle in it. The carpet looks brand new now. Highly recommend!!

Called to check on pricing & availability. Bob was able to get me scheduled same day, worked with me on pricing which was already reasonable, very thorough with explaining everything, and was super friendly with my kids. It turned out better & cleaner than when I had Stanley steamer out the year before. Highly recommend supporting this company & Bob. I will be working with him again in the future. Called several cleaning companies in the area on a Saturday looking for services on upholstery cleaning. Couch & Recliner. Bob was the ONLY one to call back less than 2 hours later that very same day. He made arrangements to come to my home the next day. (On Sunday) to take a look. I was unable to find the tag information on the couch to determine if it was cleanable. (I had attempted to clean it myself and left water marks on the area that I had tested) The couch is a light beige color. Luckily the cushions are reversible. Unfortunately, all sides were pretty dirty, but I was able to hide the stain marks I had left! Bob came out promptly as promised. He called in advance to let me know his ETA.
