The quote was competitive and provided as promised; we were given a realistic timeline for installation. The installation team (Barry and Jake) were awesome - friendly, efficient, and they did an outstanding job. Very happy customers.

When our garage door spring broke we called Precision Door Service in Londonderry. Even though it was a weekend, we got a live person to talk to and set up our repair. On the day of the repair, Dan arrived in a timely manner and explained all our options to us before proceeding to diligently and thoroughly make the necessary repairs and adjustments to our door. I booked an appointment (simple - online) because our garage door opener wasn’t working. Dan arrived on schedule, checked the problem, and clearly explained all our options.
