Called due to my garage opener it working, made an appointment and was called when tech was in route. He ( Joe) came and quickly assessed my old opener was finished went over my options on a new one and once agreed upon ( and had it in his truck) installed it. Was quick, clean, polite, and I am very happy with the service I received. From my experience I recommend them!

We have used Precision Garage Door service for many years. They have always been very responsive with answering phone calls as well as getting a technician out as soon as possible. We had trouble with programming our doors and also needed a new motor for one of the garages. Willy, our technician was absolutely wonderful. What I especially appreciated was that they carry motors in their van so there is no need to wait for ordering and then another install date. Willy did everything while he was there and programmed our doors for us. He was so nice, helpful and knew what he was doing. We appreciate the excellent service and the great technician.

One of the springs of our one car garage door decided to give up late on a Thursday afternoon. We've used Precision before (about 10 years ago) for the same issue. Booking an early appointment for the next day was easy. As usually happens, the "might as well" in my head began as soon as the tech arrived (well within the window) as we had been thinking about changing out the opener for some time. It seemed like as good a time as any. The tech answered all of my questions, offered good solutions and really listened to me and my husband (who was on speaker at some point!) No hard sell, just knowledgeable advice with transparent pricing, which concurred with the research we had already done. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful new Liftmaster with remote capabilities and a kick ass LED

If I could rate this company and the technician Willie a 10 I would have done so. I can't begin to explain how pleased I was with the quick response and excitement service. He was here in two hours after being closed yesterday due to the severe storm. His work was exemplary and personality a plus. The administrative staff was very responsive and polite on the phone. You won't go wrong using them for your needs.
