Precision replaced our garage door and it was a great experience from sales consultation, purchase decision, ordering, and scheduling. Our door came faster than was anticipated and installation was scheduled. Installation went quick seamlessly. On top of all that the price was very reasonable. So I highly recommend Precision Door company for your garage door needs.

I was incredibly impressed with them. The initial consult lasted about an hour - with the rep answering every dumb question I had, while take detailed measurements. He had given me mockups with confirmed quotes before he left. I got another quote from a different (well known) local company - where the rep spent a total of (I kid you not) 6 minutes. They were offering a Home Depot brand door at a higher price than Precision! Install day with Precision went smooth. The installers made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend going with Precision enough.

I had another company out to do original repair on my garage door. It started not working again a month later. Called Precision this time and Brian came out. Super impressed by Brian's knowledge and professionalism. Quickly identified all the problems and provided me clear quotes to remedy all the issues. Completed work in a professional manner as well was an excellent teacher to his helper (and me as I asked a lot of questions during the install). I noticed one of the springs on my garage door had broken the day before Thanksgiving and contacted Precision Door Service through their online chat function. Holly was helpful and quick to get someone scheduled to show up the day after Thanksgiving, so service was very fast. The technician Bo was extremely pleasant and professional. He arrived right on time, identified the issue right away, and got it taken care of quickly. Outstanding service from a company that stands behind their work!
