Outstanding service! From the home visit to discuss options, to the ordering, to installation, everything was done well. This company has their own installers. Our installers worked all day in freezing temperatures to complete the installation. We are very happy with the new door, motor, remotes and the MyQ system. We would absolutely recommend using Precision Doors.

We are pleased with the Horman ModernTech 3550 dark bronze, 16'x7', flat steel, garage door that Precision Garage Door Service of West Chester PA installed. The price seemed fair to us for the quality. The installers did a great job. The door looks great. And the torsion spring system with upgraded hardware (high cycle springs, bearings, rollers, etc.) has a lifetime warranty. Some constructive feedback would be on communication between the time the contract was signed and the installation. We were led to believe that installation might be 4 to 8 weeks after inking the contract. For us, it was over 2 months. And we were the ones having to call about the status after 4 to 4.5 weeks had gone by and beyond. It would have been nice to know when the door order was placed, when delivery of

Easy booking with 24/7 response. Dylan our rep arrived on time and was friendly and enjoyable to work with. He was thorough in his diagnostics and explained at every step what he was looking for and why. He presented several different solutions for our 13 year old system, and was able to fix it on the spot. I will definitely use their services again.
