Thank you for your prompt professional service. Called before arriving to give a exact time he would be here. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and gave me several options to choose from. He then fixed it on the spot with parts already stocked on the truck, and in an hour or so had it working again better than new and its quite an old system. Great price and excellent service. First off, I love that they send you a text message of your Technician. You see their picture and it gives you a bit of fun facts about the individual. I do not know who had the idea to do that, but more companies need to do that. It shows that they care about their people and it makes the visit so much more impactful as you can have real conversations with your Technician instead of small talk. Jose was great.... he played the hardest position in baseball - short stop and 3rd baseman. The level of his athleticism is far greater than anything I could ever do. A very cool guy, humble and informative! He talked through everything; I got a good understanding of the garage door (and know what to expect in the upcoming years - price wise and maintenance wise). Garrett called with a window of time for coming to the house. He took care of my problems efficiently and left me with a garage door that worked far better than before plus made the repair neededn. Respond same day. Jacob, technician, very friendly and worked with me to provide great service. Very professional and does great work replacing my garage motor.
