I’d like to recognize John and Brenda at the Monterey Park Home Depot for their excellent help with our artificial turf project. We were struggling with sizing and ordering, and John was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and honest, pointing out important considerations we hadn’t thought of. Brenda was wonderful as well—she helped translate what our contractor needed and made the process smooth and easy. Went to Home Depot today to pick up some Halloween items, and out of nowhere appeared an angel , well, not a real one, but a Home Depot associate wearing wings! I called her “Angel” during my visit, and later found out her name was Chantel. She greeted me with a big smile and offered to help. I had a few questions, and she actually walked over to my location to assist and answer everything. Chantel has such a positive vibe and a wonderful attitude , great job, Home Depot, for having such an amazing employee! Another great interaction I had was with Norma, the cashier. Thank you, Norma, for treating me like a real person and taking the time to help me. It’s rare to see that level of care and friendliness these days.
