Precision Door & Window

I had several window and two sliding glass doors installed by this company about two and a half years ago. The locking mechanism was not working properly. Two of their technicians, Valentine and Johnny came out today to fix one of the sliders and checked out the other one. They both were friendly, professional, and did a great job. The door locks well now. I highly recommend them.

We got quotes from other companies and PD&W lead-time was about half the time as other as well as lower cost. The staff was very professional and keep me informed throughout the entire process. We hired Precision Door and Window sometime ago to install some large external 8ft French Doors. I wanted to wait to see how the doors held up during the winter months before I left a review. First of all their prices crush their competitor's prices. Honestly no one comes close to their prices. The installation turned out to be more difficult then planned. There we several delays caused by some technical issues, but mostly bad weather. However, the owners Mike and Jordan never wavered from the commitment to excellence, and their dedication to completing the job to our 100% satisfaction. We have been replacing windows in increments. We have had all good things happen during replacements. We love the windows. They are a night/day difference from the old 20 year old windows.
