Anyone who has put their home on the market knows that there can be a long list of projects to tackle before the listing goes live. My home in Brunswick is brick but the wooden window frames, soffits, and fascia were in need of pressure washing…. Enter Precision Exterior Cleaning and Evan Meyer, the owner. Our house roof had a massive buildup of moss. Other contractors said the shingles would be damaged when removing any moss. Evan was able to completely remove the moss without damage to the roof or to landscape.  The life of the roof was extended many years and looked great. Evan is very professional and courteous with timely communication about the schedule. His company is highly recommended.

Evan pressure washed our two-story home while we were out of town. When we returned we were so impressed with the quality of his workmanship as well as his attentiveness to ensure all outdoor furniture was replaced in its correct position.
