I get scam for $425.83,Terrible,I, just unplug the machine & plug again and charge for labor $195, plus travel $162.50 & Mileage $ 42.90 .(they ask to fill doc and sign, and give credit card number, before the job is done) they want to come next day and pay again labor for trying to fix it for second time and pay for that, the tech not even know how to set the water level of the brewer, not even try to call Curtis for any troubleshooting, be aware I pay over $400 for nothing, not even want to refund the labor, because "nobody work for free" but they don't understand that he don't work!. just unplug the brewer this is so bad.BE AWARE!!!! don't throw you money to the Toilet

DO NOT RECOMMEND. With the very scarce options available to repair restaurant equipment, we came back to precision time and time again, each time proving more frustrating and disappointing than the time before. They bill an outrageous amount for just travel time and labor regardless of if they actually fix something or not. They have charged us hundreds of dollars to come out and confirm that equipment was broken and were unable to fix. They have charged us hundreds of dollars for multiple visits because they come unprepared. They repeatedly accused us of trying to scam them due to a simple misunderstanding. STAY AWAY from them. Absolute highway robbery.

Precision foods picked up our commercial Hobart mixer in December 2016. They then estimated the mixer would cost $900 + to fix the mixer with parts. Then I found out that the parts were only costing $78 dollars. Precision Foods said they would order the parts... never hear from them. They don't return phone calls. No one seems to know what they are doing over there. They then were going to deliver back to us, then ship it UPS to us and as of this morning it is still at their business location. Terrible service and very unprofessional. It is now April 2017 - we have no mixer - not fixed and no parts.

Make sure to start your watch once those tech walks in, they try to stay long because they are billing you $115 per hour. Stayed at my place less than an hour billed me for two hours, one hour traveling. What the heck is this? Just got the Freon gas????? That takes 10 to 15 minutes to fill it, sent me a bill for over $400 for the job that’s not even fixed right. Use less, useless I don’t recommend this place at all

Jim and Matthew and all the rest of the professional staff at Precision Food Service are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I believe you won’t find a more efficient team and also none as reliable in a pinch. We have a client who cooks for thousands and lost a salamander during a very busy time of day. Jim had a crew inside the kitchen the same day, on a Sunday and got the oven fixed without disrupting meal service. Precision also fixes commercial refrigeration equipment now too!
