Precision did a great job at replacing my broken garage door and installed (2) brand new ones. They also installed a key pad which is really nice and convenient for my kids. The entire process was easy and installation only took 2 hours.

My technician was Michael. He was excellent. He arrived right on schedule and immediately got to work. He did an assessment and walked me through all of the things he saw on the inspection. He was very straightforward and professional. After we decided on a plan he fixed the problem quickly. I also really appreciated that this place had availability the same day that I called and had appointment times that were in the evening so that I didn’t have to rearrange my work schedule. I will use them again in the future
