Precision has been great from start to finish. We had repairs done about a year ago and Brian recommended replacement then. We should have listened, but did not. Fast forward and Prospero was awesome with the new door install. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job, did it in a timely fashion, and answered all questions. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. And love the new Liftmaster opener!

Scheduling an appointment on line was easy. They gave me a two hour time slot and called 50 minutes before the start of our time slot and said he'd be there about 20 minutes early if that was ok. Brian Rykowski Field Manager was awesome he listened to what trouble I was having, did his assessment and discussed with me what he found. He told me what he recommended but also gave me options with price quotes. He had all the parts he needed to complete the work on the truck and was done in about two hours. I'm extremely satisfied with the whole process. I would high recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Precision is great. They installed new openers and new doors a few years ago. The Chamberlain motor on one unit started to fail. Precision helped me work through the warranty process and are installing the new motor for me. Shane is an excellent technician. Honest and friendly and helped me the whole way through. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could reach him directly with questions. I'll not use another garage door service as long as I'm here in Austin. Great (and fast) service, at more than fair prices. Thank you so much.
