Precision Garage Door of Austin (Dripping Springs)

Precision Garage door has been phenomenal from day one. They are very professional, communicative in a timely manner and keep you updated a long the way. Once our doors came in they notified us, we scheduled an appointment to have them installed and when the installer (Prospero Hernandez) showed up in the time he said he would he had the job done in less time than he told me. We were very pleased with the completed job. He went over everything before he left and was very explanatory on what he was going to do and what he did. Very nice guy!!!!

I paid Precision Garage $1800.00 3 weeks ago. My garage door will not open or close properly this evening. It happens to be a Friday evening and I’m not a happy camper because the general manager told me they were short employees. I will find someone that I can trust next time

I have a huge 16x6 solid single panel garage door built in 1942. It opens by pulling up and out and was getting too heavy for me to handle. I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST. Honest, competent, and reliable. Thank you.

Sean and Caleb both were very helpful and friendly from helping me choose my new garage doors to installing them. I am extremely pleased with both them and the new doors, which look great. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage doors to everyone.

Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. Jeremy sold me when he suggested Lift Master. I like my other unit, only drawback I have had is I had to replace the backup battery - cheap at amazon.
