When the tech arrived, he could see that my vehicles were stuck inside my garage. He made it his mission was to put the broken garage door back on track so that we could not only get our cars out, but also be able to close the garage door to secure the garage again--at no charge. He waited to discuss an estimate until after this task was completed. Then he listened to my concerns and showed me a sample of a door. It was much better quality than one I was looking at in a big box store, and it has a lifetime warranty, unlike the other one. Matt Eberly was wonderful to work with! He explained stuff super well, gave us lots of cost options and timelines, and worked super efficiently! I called and emailed several garage door companies to repair/ replace a broken spring. I was only able to reach one live voice and it was Precision Garage Door Service. They gave me a general idea of cost for services and told me they could have someone out in the next 2 hrs. The service tech arrived under that window and reviewed my situation. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. We discussed any discounts that I might be eligible for and he found one and applied it. He replaced my springs and provided an overall checkup of my door and opener system. Door works better than it did prior to its breakdown. It’s more quiet and operates more smoothly with less vibration and carries a greater warranty. Great Job!

I reached out to Precision when my garage door would not open and need of repair. I was immediately impressed with the option to set up a same-day appointment, but opted for the next day. Jacob (Bennet) arrived promptly at the start of my appointment window and was extremely personable and professional as he educated me on what needed repair, why, and what could help with the longevity of my garage door functioning.
