I had a garage door opener that stopped working, set up an appointment online with Precision and Josh was over the next day. He looked at it, showed me what was wrong, and gave me an honest quote on a newer unit and a set of rollers for the door. Pricing was higher than I would’ve liked, but that’s everything right now. I will say that Josh looked for a deal for me and was able to knock around $300 off. I went with his mid-tier option, which was leaps and bounds better than my 20 year old unit anyway, and he got me set up inside a couple hours. The whole time he was very personable and friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this company and Josh.

They were able to get me scheduled the same day, and I really appreciated receiving a text with my technician’s photo and name ahead of time, along with a call before arrival. Nick H. provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job while delivering a great product. I decided to go with their upgraded warranty primarily because of how much I enjoyed working with Nick and the confidence he inspired. If anything ever does come up, I trust that they’ll handle it just as well as they did today.

We have an old garage door that is needing to be replaced. Two panels have some cracks where the opener attaches and it is effecting how it opens. We called Precision Garage Door Service and they came out within 48 hours. Their installer Rydge was very professional. He went over all the options and the pros and cons of each option to get the garage door working for now as we do use it daily. He adjusted the garage door springs and put in a strut to support the problem area. He gave us information on new garage doors and went over all the options on those as well. He was able to get our 30 year old door going again and we have time to pick out what we want that is within our budget. Jacob did an excellent job on my garage door. A part broke. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon. Jacob was there in an hour, looked everything over. Came back first thing the next morning with parts and did an excellent repair and upgrade.

I have had Precision repair our garage doors twice over the years. They respond quickly, have well trained, professional staff, and do a good, thorough job. Repair isn't cheap (nothing is these days), but they'll do it right. I recommend them.
