Raymond’s on time, prompt, professionals curious. The price was twice what should have been charge for 25 minuets of work. Not his fault , he was clear and used his iPad to show The issue and the price set by the company. We ready disadvantage we need our car out of the garage because they’re a commitment so it’s called somebody else and have to miss our appointment or pay the Pieper. Because of seven strokes I was required to retire lost my ability to drive so a wife drives, but lost my income and ability to drive so your price I feel was exorbitant and hope you review your pricing policy.. I had a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Doors, especially with Raymond as my technician. A few weeks ago, I called them because my garage door remote wasn’t working, and I couldn’t open the door from the exterior. The first technician they sent out was courteous and professional, but seemed inexperienced. After troubleshooting for over an hour and calling the manufacturer for instructions, they told me I’d either need to replace the entire garage door opener or install a new logic board. The suggestion to replace the entire motor or logic board felt like a costly and unnecessary solution, so I decided to call back for a second opinion. That’s when Raymond came out. Great experience. Had an other company come first and all they wanted to do is sell me equipment that I did not need. It would not solve my issues. Devin from your company on the other hand was a ble to solve the problem. Was able to keep it in my budget. I am 82 and on a a fixed income.
