They were wonderful! Scheduling was a breeze and very accommodating. They replaced my starter and the furnace works perfectly now. They were so pleasant, honest and professional.
The Tech was very helpful. Explained, thoroughly, the issues we were having and how to resolve them. Super friendly and never rushed through the visit.
This may be the best HVAC I've ever had! Fast, thorough and fully transparent with the issue my heater was having - a tiny spider's web in my gas line! Highly recommend!
Excellent service and repair. Service tech Austin was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and repair our A/C system within an hour. Very happy with Severson, would highly recommend!
