Precision Garage Door

Jason Richman’s customer service skills are outstanding. I felt so comfortable watching him work and explain everything he cans do and other options in detail. His personality is awesome. While he was explaining what he was doing he never stopped working. As a former operations manager I would groom him for future advances in management. Any time my garage door needs repairs, Jason Richman will be my first choice hands down. Thank you Jason for caring.

We got our garage door installed Precision Garage door. They did an excellent job t job of it. After the power outrage last year, we switched it to manual and after the power on, tried changing it to automatic. Could not do it. So we called them again to fix it( it was really an easy fix and I was doing it right but not all the way to the end where it clicks and readjusts). They gave us same day appointment which was really nice. After fixing the issue, the technician told me they have service charge plus hourly fees charge us hourly( company policy- was informed about it when making the appointment). I had specifically mentioned when making the appointment that I won’t be home during a specific period which was not noted and communicated to the technician and the technician called around

I just had a Precision Garage Door come and repair my garage door. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I made one phone call and they took care of the rest. Precision garage door was in touch with me the whole time. The two technicians gave me a complete overhaul of my garage door. The whole process only took an hour. Thank you all so much. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door. The people involved were professional, polite and very helpful.

Collin is very honest and competent. He is a very efficient craftsman. Diagnosed my issues and fixed everything. It's like having a new garage door! I am very pleased with the repairs and would not hesitate to have the Precision organization service or install a garage door!
