I insulated my garage door and roughly four months later a spring broke. Precision took my call late Friday night and scheduled early the next morning. Tech Justin came out and understood that I needed upgraded springs, bearings, and rollers due to the extra weight. He was done in under two hours and the door now works great. I highly recommend Precision if you want it done right the first time.

Spring to my garage door broke and was having big issues with the door opener randomly opening. Jordan (I hope I am remembering the name correctly) arrived nice and early, extremely friendly and professional, kept his work area clean, and was very diligent on making sure I knew what was going on and eager to answer any questions. 10/10.
