Precision Garage Door Service

19 year old door had not been professionally serviced since the installation. Torsion spring finally gave up. My wife found Precision Door Service and after checking them out on the web I called for an appointment at about 9:30 PM and service was scheduled for the next day. Technician Dalton arrived at 8:30AM after the assessment he gave me three options to choose from and he was finished up around 9:30AM. The door now operates like new. Dalton showed me how to keep it good working order. I would 100% recommend Precision Door and Technician Dalton for their fast service, expertise, and professionalism.

Needed to replace an 40 year old existing door. Called Precision Garage Door in the Harrisburg area and set up an appointment with Ed Hesling @ Precision. Reviewed all options and and decided to go with a 16' X 8' 4 panel insulated door with Oak Walnut woodgrain finish with the top row insulated windows with matching trim. We placed our order on 11/21 and Ed explained that due to the Christmas and New Year Holiday it might take a week or so longer which is expected. Ed offered that they will loan us springs to make the old garage door operative to hold us over until the new door arrived. Early January 2026 Stephen from Precision Door Customer Service called stating the door was delivered to the Harrisburg warehouse and scheduled for a install the following week. I had one the techs (Kody Anderson) come out to my place. In one day of setting my appointment. Was right on time he was actually waiting on me. But when I explained the situation. He was very knowledgeable he even showed more repairs I will eventually need done. He weighted out some options for repairs. I settled for a basic repair, need a new spring for my garage door. Very friendly I would recommend Precision Garage Repair for anyone needing a repair.

Did a good job putting in my garage door workers were super friendly only issue I had was one side of the garage the brackets don’t line up straight so they had to improvise and it doesn’t look good and I wasn’t shown that I found out after the guys left or I would have given them 5 stars but I gave them 4. Overall the garage works and is working. An addendum to my review they came back to fix the brackets and they also dry walled the ceiling and painted. Nice job! Guys were very helpful and patient with me. Did their best to make me happy with the work that was done! So far satisfied customer! Definitely would recommend Precision!

my experience with precision overhead door has been excellent yesterday. Randy showed up before the expected time and did everything necessary to make my garage opener work and to actually update all the systems. We really appreciate what they do and how well they do it. I highly recommend them.
