Highly recommend Precision Garage Door!! From estimate, ordering and installation, this company was excellent in constantly keeping me updated and informed. Everyone we delt with was very professional. I could not be more pleased with my new garage doors.
Great company and service technician, Deepak was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He arrived early for my scheduled appointment, which rarely happens. I need a new door and opener because of the age. Was given multiple options at various price points. Still have a few weeks before installation, but so far I’m a very satisfied customer.
We had the springs on our big 2-car garage door replaced by another Charlotte franchise just 6 months ago, so naturally we thought we were set for a long time. Alas, we were mistaken! I won’t mention the other company here, but a part failed catastrophically 1 week ago. Thankfully, my wife was able to contact Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday, and they visited Monday. Our tech was amazing and explained exactly what was done wrong and why it failed - although he also said that it appeared that many previous repairs were done incorrectly, too. The main problem was that the big springs weren’t long enough; the springs were only long enough for 8.25 turns, it ours needed to be long enough for 9.5 turns. The technician, Brandon, arrived within a couple of hours of my call. He took into consideration what I asked for, he was not pushy and seemed very honest with what was needed now vs. could wait. He took my response seriously and did not push an upsell. The work was done quickly and I plan on calling back for the upgrades in the near future. He was friendly and even replaced the pull string for free.
Our technician Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest in what we needed to replace and repair. The new opener is 10X what we had before and is definitely worth the value and service provided by Precision. Thank You. Phil
