I had one bent garage door and one broken spring. Stephen came over and was super professional and helpful. He did an inspection and then talked through a few different options from repair just what is needed to full replacement. He was really open and knowledgeable about the long term value of the different options. Finally, when I pointed out an additional issue that we overlooked he was dedicated to not leaving until he fixed it. It sounded like it was probably policy but I really appreciated the commitment to making sure he fixed everything to the best of his ability. All around great experience and when the time comes to get the doors replaced I’ll be calling Precision.
