Kyler did an outstanding job servicing our garage door. He arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He performed the 25 point quality check, replaced some missing bolts, swapped out the light bulbs and the door now operates smoothly and quietly, better than it has in a long time. If ever, I wish I had done it years ago. Kyler took great care with the space and left everything clean when he finished. I appreciated his level of professionalism and craftsmanship. They came out next day and got me up and running again. Brandon Vera was my tech and he was great. Super nice guy, knew what he was talking about, and got after it without any hesitation. We utilized the Fairfax location and needed to have the seal on our garage door replaced. Precision was able to send someone to our home the next day. Brandon called ahead and was prompt and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and the pricing was what was expected. He cleaned up after himself and made the overall experience a good one. We will utilize their service again.

We had a wonderful experience with precision! I called them at 7pm and a tech was out by 8am with all equipment needed to fix our garage door. Cameron showed up with a smile on his face and ready to work. He was very professional and personable. I appreciated the swiftness and good work so close to Thanksgiving.
