We had an emergency service call and repair of a broken garage door spring. We needed several parts replaced including both springs and all rollers. We were able to get an appointment right away and resolve the problem within hours on the same day! Ulises Castillo was so knowledgeable and pleasant! He fixed the garage door, and provided excellent customer service! Top notch quality service!!!

We had an incredible experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Roland truly went above and beyond, it was unbelievable how much time and care he put into rebuilding our entire garage door system. He was patient as he had to wait for his coworker Hiram to arrive who travelled an hour and a half to assist, and they never rushed the process, making sure everything was done right….even at 9:30 on a Friday night. Both technicians who worked with us were polite, kind, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and craftsmanship. We’re so grateful for their work and would highly recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation.

Dakota and his partner did a GREAT job. They arrived within 20 minutes of the 4 hour window and provided a professional installation. The door looks great. They took the time to explain everything for maintaining the door. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.
