Ryan was my first contact at Precision, and my first of two other estimates. Right from the start, I knew Ryan was trustworthy and knowledgeable. The other companies compared well in price but not in availability or reliability. Ryan walked me through the process and cost of replacing the garage door and all off the corresponding parts. A few days later Mike and Mike arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They walked me through the minimal maintenance I should do to keep my new door at its best and helped me set the code to open the door from outside. They were nice, respectful and kind to my dog! The door looks great and works perfectly. I would recommend this company to any of my neighbors.

Another good experience with Precision Garage Door! I have had Precision do service on a couple different homes. This time I insulated two garages doors and knew they needed to be adjusted due to the extra weight. I called, they put me on the schedule for the following day. Our tech Jay, called to let me know he was on the way (BTW He was also on time). Jay did an inspection, made a couple good suggestions. Then showed me what it would cost. He got right to work but took the time to answer a few questions. He knew the product and was a pleasure to deal with. Finally he took the time to show me that the doors were adjusted properly. Am I pleased with this service? In short, if I ever need a garage door serviced, I will call Precision and ask if they can send Jay! W.B.Hammer

I called Precision late Monday and they were out Tuesday morning. J. Dow was the technician, and he was great. Very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. After analyzing the issue with my 20 yr old garage door opener, he was able to fix all the problems in an hour. He is truly an asset to Precision.

Juan Carlos was very timely in responding to my request for service on the same day and quickly resolved the issue with the garage door. He also recommended replacing springs and bearings due to wear and quickly replaced these parts. He effectively with me and was pleasant too.
