Excellent service and follow up. Impressed I could get a same day appt when others said next day. Garrett, Mike and James were refreshing to meet and work with. James did an amazing job installing the new door and trim pkg. As a vet, I also deeply appreciate these young guys and their service to our country. These guys are top tier.

Aaron and Brennan did an amazing job installing a new opener. They came early and were quick. The unit is quieter than the previous. They fixed issues from another company's poor installation and were so friendly. Customer service and quality are second to none. Will recommend them to everyone we know! Thanks!

They were prompt and friendly. However I think their price was high. A total new door would have been 1300 which is even high but to replace springs which I am not sure was necessary plus two struts it was 1000$ . Slightly less then a full door. Due to timing and weather I decided just to get it done. If more time I would have gotten a couple more estimates. They were very nice and got it done right away and it runs nice but I felt they took advantage of me as a woman. I feel tops it should have been 700$ if that. Garrett tried to sell me a new door right off the top instead of fixing what needed fix. He was nice but just saying. Aaron was really nice and stayed within the estimate and did an excellent job as a tech. Everything was great just question the estimate and pricing. Phone people

Brendan and Brandon were the technicians who repaired our broken garage door spring, hinges, and accessories. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. It seemed to me that their prices were on the high side, for which I deducted a star from the rating. Overall I was pleased with the job and the 7 year warranty, Thanks.

Easily found Precision Garage Door on internet to explain problem. Mike came out the same day, and quickly programmed my car with the garage door opener. This eliminated the need for a handheld separate appliance. Our bearings and other moving parts were over 20 years old, and it only took him a little over an hour to replace and lubricate them. All this needed to be done, and it was diagnosed and completed quickly. Good job, guys. Mike knows his stuff.
