Toledo Custom Countertops

I'm very impressed with the quality of my new countertops & the service from picking out the stone to install. Brennan, Phil & Derek did a wonderful job during the install & worked very efficient, they were in and out very quickly. Savanna was very helpful while picking out stone & gave lots of recommendations.

Absolutely AWFUL!! (0 stars if allowed) We’ve lived in our house for 24 years, & saved so we could install the countertops we’d always wanted. Not the experience we expected. We were we treated poorly by Toledo Custom Countertops as they’ve been trying to convince us our newly installed, expensive, quartz countertops weren’t level after install because our cabinets or floor must be unlevel?? Seriously? Why were our old countertops level, & our flooring is brand new & installer found no leveling issues. Reached out to Lowe’s, who we purchased the quartz from, & were assured the work was warrantied & they subcontract the installs out. Assigned us a customer service rep to open a claim & we’re finally notified by them a week later that there is nothing further they can do!!!! Installer still

Excellent product. Excellent service. Brennan as lead and foreman was outstanding and his partners Derek and Phil were spot-on! The countertops and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They made sure the little sweeper was run as a last step all the way out the door!! Thank you!

Brennan, Derek and Phil did an amazing job on the installation of my new countertops. They were very polite, professional and meticulous with their work. I am beyond happy with the countertops and their work to get them installed beautifully. They were so pleasant to work with and gave me great suggestions on backsplash options as well continue with our kitchen makeover. I absolutely love how bright and beautiful these countertops are and am looking forward to seeing the overall finished project.
